POSCO International E-Mobility México is seeking an experienced Tooling Manager to lead tooling maintenance and management activities within our automotive manufacturing operations.
If you have strong leadership skills and experience in tooling and press operations, we'd like to meet you.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead tooling maintenance and spare parts management.
- Oversee tooling repair history and maintenance records through ERP.
- Monitor mold stamping counts and tooling performance.
- Manage tooling inventory, repair tools, and related documentation.
- Supervise attendance and overtime administration for the tooling team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Tooling department.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience
- Experience leading Tooling Maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with tooling and press equipment is required.

- English: Intermediate to Advanced.
