Overview
For TimePhoria we are looking for a TikTok LIVE Host / Beauty Streamer to lead daily live broadcasts from our official brand account. If u are charismatic, camera-confident TikTok LIVE Host / Beauty Streamer to conduct daily live broadcasts from our official brand account. WE WANT U!
The primary objective of this role is to maintain consistent, high-quality daily livestreams throughout September, focusing strictly on hands-on makeup demonstration, shade swatching, texture showcases, and authentic community engagement.
At this stage, operational focus is centered strictly on broadcasting consistency, schedule reliability, platform compliance, and organic product demonstrations, rather than high-pressure sales conversion or GMV targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Host for 2-hour livestream sessions punctually and consistently from the official TimePhoria TikTok account.
- Apply TimePhoria color cosmetics in real time (e.g., Stellar Dust Lip Stains, Altera Blurring Tints, Cushion Foundations, Eyeshadow Sticks), demonstrating shade payoffs, transfer-proof wear, blending techniques, and textures on camera.
- Manage TikTok LIVE and TikTok Shop broadcast tools independently (initiating/ending sessions, pinning featured products, monitoring chat, and adjusting ring light/camera settings).
- Engage warmly and professionally with viewers, answering beauty questions, tone recommendations, finish preferences (matte, dewy, glossy), and product usage tips.
Requirements
- Resume & Portfolio must be send in ENGLISH to consideration.
- Proven hands-on experience conducting live broadcasts on TikTok LIVE / TikTok Shop (or related live-streaming platforms) and confidence operating live dashboard tools autonomously.
- Practical makeup skills (MUA/beauty enthusiast) with the ability to self-apply makeup cleanly on camera, create visual looks, and explain beauty products naturally.
- Full availability and strict commitment to fulfill the daily 2-hour live broadcast schedule starting in September.
- Clear vocal delivery, vibrant energy, and a welcoming presence aligned with a trendy color cosmetics brand.
- Smartphone with a high-definition front camera and clear microphone audio.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection (fiber optic / broadband).
- Well-lit, neat, and noise-free dedicated space (ring light or softbox setup).
- Registered with Mexico’s SAT under RESICO or Professional Fees (Honorarios) with active digital invoicing (CFDI) capability.
Soft Skills & Competencies
- Intermediate to Advanced English (B2/C1) is required for coordination and to conduct an online interview with the regional team lead / hiring manager.
- Improvisation & Live Problem-Solving.
- Beauty Industry Passion & Makeup Artistry (Preferred)
