We are looking for a Remote Inventory Manager who can oversee inventory management, production planning, and purchasing planning across our supply chain operations.
You should be comfortable:
- Communicating in English all day with U.S.-based and remote teams
- Working during U.S. warehouse hours (7:00 AM–5:00/6:00 PM EST)
- Working approximately 50 hours per week for the first 6 months, including occasional weekends when needed
- Being highly responsive when operational issues arise
- Using AI tools, data, and systems to solve problems and improve efficiency
If you are not fluent in English, prefer asynchronous-only work, or are not comfortable taking ownership of operational outcomes, this role will likely not be a fit.

What You'll Do
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain inventory accuracy
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Track inventory KPIs and generate reports
- Coordinate inventory counts and reconciliations
Production Planning
- Create production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels
- Coordinate with warehouse and manufacturing teams to ensure production targets are met
- Identify material shortages and production risks before they impact operations
Purchasing Planning
- Analyze inventory levels, forecasts, lead times, and supplier performance
- Determine purchasing requirements and replenishment schedules
- Help prevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability
Process Improvement
- Create SOPs and improve operational workflows
- Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and reporting
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve accuracy
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Available during U.S. warehouse hours (7am–5/6pm EST)
- Can work approximately 50 hours per week for the first 6 months
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
