As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead the daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth material flow, accurate inventory, and a well-trained, high-performing team. You will play a key role in supporting production and logistics objectives while driving efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across warehouse processes.
Our Team
You will be part of the DSS organization, working closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Inventory Accuracy, and Distribution teams. This role supports multiple warehouse operations in Guadalajara and is essential to ensuring reliable material availability for the business.
What You Will Do
- Lead warehouse operations across receiving, storage, distribution, and inventory accuracy to ensure materials flow efficiently and on time.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics that drive productivity, space optimization, and process reliability.
- Enable strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to support production plans and respond to material needs.
- Build, coach, and engage a capable warehouse team through training, clear expectations, and continuous development.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement through Lean, 5S, and EHS practices.
- Ensure warehouse resources and systems are used effectively to support business objectives.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Background in Production Planning and/or Production Control.
- Experience applying Lean tools, visual management, and 5S methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
