We’re looking for a Luxury Client Advisor (Business Development / Prospecting) focused on outbound outreach and relationship-building to expand a scale up project. This role is highly sales-driven and centered around cold calling, lead generation, and engaging high-value clients within the luxury handbags and fine jewelry space.
You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and onboarding both sellers and buyers interested in high-end designer handbags, luxury accessories, and fine jewelry. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, polished in communication, and possesses strong knowledge of luxury products and craftsmanship.
This role requires someone who understands not only brands, but also the details that define luxury: materials, construction methods, hardware, stitching techniques, leather types, craftsmanship, rarity, and what determines value in the high-end market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calls, SMS, email, and social outreach
- Qualify potential sellers and buyers based on inventory value, purchasing power, and fit for the luxury industry
- Guide clients through onboarding and ensure a smooth experience when submitting and transacting luxury items
- Maintain an active pipeline and track progress through CRM tools
- Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor for clients
