Job Summary
Pega Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale Pega transformation programs across enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega platforms program delivery stakeholder management and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega-based programs.
Manage multiple projects/workstreams within the program.
Ensure delivery within scope timeline budget and quality standards.
Define program roadmap milestones and resource planning.
Act as the primary client interface for program governance.
Communicate program status risks and escalation updates to leadership.
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and IT leadership.
Establish program governance structures and reporting cadence.
Identify and mitigate risks dependencies and bottlenecks.
Communicate fluently in English in both written and spoken forms enabling clear documentation stakeholder discussions and cross team collaboration
Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to decompose complex requirements into implementable features and testable outcomes
Certifications Required
PMP Certified Scrum Master
