Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for Scheduling Receptionist s to join our Helpware team.
Scheduling Receptionist will do the following:
- Answering incoming patient phone calls.
- Scheduling patient appointments for multiple locations.
- Triage patients call efficiently and effectively.
- Effectively answer patient questions with confidence.
- Obtain and enter new patient demographics into EHR Software.
- Assist with incoming patient referrals.
- Providing excellent patient service.
- Perform other duties, as required.
Requirements:
- 6-month experience in a customer service role, medical or subscription service support experience preferred.
