What You’ll Do

Answer inbound patient calls for doctors’ offices

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments

Navigate EMR systems

Verify insurance benefits (VOB)

Support prescription refill workflows
Who We’re Looking For

Experience in a clinic, doctor’s office, or hospital

Familiarity with medical terminology (medical billing knowledge is a plus)
-
Proficient in English (B2 or higher) and Spanish
