We are looking for a creative and strategic Online Communication Manager to lead our digital presence and online reputation across our resort operations.
Main Objective:
Drive brand visibility and engagement by managing social media, website content, IPTV, digital signage, and guest experience platforms—ensuring consistency and a strong brand image.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies and engaging content (photo/video).

Monitor and respond to online reviews (TripAdvisor, Google, Booking, etc.).

Oversee resort app, IPTV, digital signage, and website updates.

Create compelling in-property promotions and marketing materials.

Coordinate paid social campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Analyze performance and provide regular marketing reports.

Collaborate with Corporate Marketing, PR, and Operations teams.

Support influencer partnerships and media stays.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media or online reputation management.

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Photography and video editing skills.

Creative storytelling and content development abilities.

Experience with social media management tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.
-
Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
Education:

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
