A newly, well-established U.S.-based Freight Brokerage Company is seeking an experienced Freight Broker to join our team in Monterrey, N.L.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience working as a Freight Broker (U.S. market)
- Strong understanding of both the operational and sales departments of Brokerage.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Leadership and hands-on experience managing or leading a team.
Schedule:
Hybrid - Monday through Friday (6:00 AM - 3:30 PM local Monterrey time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a team of freight brokers handling U.S. lanes
- Establish rapport with customers and build a client base through calls and emails.
- Coordinate daily brokerage operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain strong communication with carriers and customers
Compensation:
- Fixed base + additional % commission.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month
