We are looking for a highly analytical and solutions-driven Senior Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, automation, and data storytelling.
This role is more than reporting. You will own critical analytics initiatives across multiple departments, develop scalable dashboards and automated workflows, and deliver insights that directly influence operational and executive decision-making.
You’ll work closely with leadership, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform complex datasets into actionable strategies that improve visibility, efficiency, and business performance.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Data Analytics & Business Insights
- Build, maintain, and optimize reporting frameworks across DOMO, BigQuery, Google Sheets, and related analytics platforms
- Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Translate large and complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership teams
- Monitor organizational KPIs and provide ongoing insights to support strategic planning and performance management
Dashboard Development & Visualization
- Design and maintain dynamic, automated dashboards in DOMO (required)
- Develop scalable visual reporting solutions that support real-time business visibility
- Ensure dashboards remain accurate, reliable, and aligned with evolving business objectives
- Additional experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools is highly valued
Automation & Data Workflow Optimization
- Automate manual reporting processes using SQL, Python, Google Apps Script, and BigQuery
- Build and optimize ETL workflows, API integrations, and data pipelines
- Improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and operational scalability through automation initiatives
- Support the standardization and documentation of reporting processes and data governance practices
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate directly with operations and business teams to identify reporting needs and performance gaps
- Lead stakeholder discussions and confidently present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Act as a strategic analytics partner by helping departments make data-informed decisions
What We’re Looking For
Required Technical Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting roles
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- SQL
- Python
- DOMO dashboard development
- Google Sheets / Excel
- Experience automating reporting workflows and building scalable analytics solutions
- Familiarity with:
- BigQuery
- Google Apps Script
- APIs
- ETL workflows and data pipeline concepts
- Strong understanding of KPI reporting, operational analytics, and data visualization best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large operational or sales datasets
- Exposure to forecasting, trend analysis, or business modeling
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar visualization platforms
- Background supporting cross-functional or executive-level reporting
