Sales Coordinator – U.S. Market Sales (Leisure Groups)

Position Summary
The Sales Coordinator supports the U.S. Market Sales Travel Industry team by managing incoming leads, coordinating sales opportunities, and supporting leisure group business. This role responsibilities can include but are not limited to lead catching, pricing, quoting, and preparing proposals while ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients, hotel partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and route incoming leads and inquiries through internal sales systems
- Track lead distribution and support sales managers with opportunity turnover
- Support leisure group business by pricing, quoting, and preparing proposals
- Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Enter and maintain accurate data in CRM and sales systems
- Communicate professionally with clients, travel advisors, hotel partners, and internal stakeholders
Communication & Language Requirement
Professional English proficiency is required, as this role involves frequent written and verbal communication with U.S. and Canadian clients, travel advisors, and internal business partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
- 1–2 years of sales coordination or hospitality/travel industry experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; CRM or sales system experience a plus
