Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Representative to expand our presence across Mexico, the Middle East, and Africa. This role focuses on developing business opportunities in coatings, inks, plastics, rubber, textile, and other industrial sectors while building long-term partnerships with distributors, agents, and key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
- Promote and sell products to industries including coatings, printing inks, rubber, plastics, textile, and emerging sectors such as water-based and fruit coatings.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand regional market coverage across Mexico, Middle East, and Africa.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies and countermeasures.
- Manage customer accounts, including contract negotiations, order follow-up, payment collection, and credit investigations.
- Develop and strengthen sales channels and distribution networks.
- Prepare regional incentive policy applications based on business performance and achievements.
- Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and business updates to management.
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in specialty chemicals, coatings, inks, plastics, rubber, or related industrial products.
- Strong knowledge of market development and distributor management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple regional markets.
- Experience handling international clients is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
- Results-driven with strong commercial awareness.
