Job Description
This role plays a key part in the external-facing functions of the HR department, with a strong focus on client management and coordination of HR processes. The Sr. HR Associate is responsible for managing client relationships, adapting recruitment and talent-related processes to client needs, delivering high-quality customer service, and ensuring a consistent and seamless client experience.
Job Responsibilities and Functions
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear actions within people and talent processes.
- Provide ongoing follow-up to ensure service quality and alignment with client expectations.
HR Process Coordination
- Coordinate talent-related processes, including recruitment and other HR activities
- Execute and track key process activities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Adapt process execution based on each client’s specific requirements.
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver high-quality client service by responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
- Identify potential service issues early and take proactive steps to resolve them.
- Contribute to a positive and seamless experience for clients and candidates.
Adaptability & Continuous Improvement
- Adapt effectively to different industries, client types, and working environments.
- Suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency and service outcomes.
- Adjust priorities quickly in response to changing client needs.
Communication & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, pre hires, and internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution.
- Share best practices and support team collaboration when needed.
Problem Solving
- Identify operational or service-related issues and propose practical solutions.
- Escalate complex cases appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Contribute to continuous service improvement and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (90% or higher) for effective communication with international clients and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- International or multicultural work experience is highly valued.
- Strong interest and experience in client relationship management within an HR or people-focused environment.
- 4-7 years of professional experience in HR-related roles, such as: HR Generalist or HR Operations, Client-facing HR or talent coordination roles
