Everest Peak Health is a growing healthcare organization dedicated to optimizing medical practice performance. We are looking for a versatile professional based in Mexico to support practice administration, business development, and operational efficiency. (Note: This is not a home health or direct patient care role – it focuses on practice management, marketing, and back-office functions.)
Position Overview
We invite applications from candidates with either:
- A valid Mexican Registered Nurse (RN) license combined with proven clinic or medical office management experience, OR
- A degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field plus at least three years of medical group management experience, including hands-on marketing and operations responsibilities.
You will take ownership of daily practice workflows, patient and referral growth strategies, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling, billing oversight, compliance tracking, and remote staff coordination.
- Design and implement marketing initiatives to increase patient volume and build referral relationships with physicians.
- Streamline patient intake, workflow efficiency, and revenue cycle processes.
- Supervise and support remote administrative and clinical team members.
- Use performance metrics and patient feedback to drive ongoing operational improvements.
- Partner with leadership on business development projects and quality enhancement efforts.
Qualifications
- For RN candidates: Active Mexican RN license + minimum 2 years of medical practice or clinic management experience.
- For management-track candidates: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or similar + 3+ years managing a medical group, including documented experience in marketing and operations.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience in outpatient, primary care, or specialty practices is a plus (home health experience is not the focus).
