Job Title: Sr Manager Plant Controller, Supply Chains Operations
City: Toluca, Mexico
As a Sr Manager Plant Controller, Supply Chains Operations you will be responsible for ensure comprehensive financial control and optimize the economic performance of the plant by analyzing costs, managing inventories, and providing strategic support to the supply chain, while ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines, fostering continuous improvement, and enabling informed decision-making to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Your key responsibilities

Participate to monthly Period End Closing, in support of the local Finance & Administration (F&A) team

Analyze and comment the OPEX and COGS variances of the plant in accordance with the Group Controlling & Financial procedures

Produce and analyze the reporting and scorecards for the plants accordingly with the Group and Financial procedures including cost per kilogram metric
-
Support and challenge the local supply chain teams in performance measurement, management reviews, costs reduction, working capital optimization, and investment decisions

Contribute to build up the performance improvement action plans and follow up their implementation and achievement

Participate the quarterly latest estimate and the annual budget process for the plants

Review and set the annual standard costs and ensure compliance with the Standard Rules & Guidelines for standard costing

Lead all costing and inventories management activities together with local supply chain management, F&A and other Controllers

Participate to Control and Audit activities led by F&A and develop High Level Control activities to strengthen Internal Control Systems (ICS)

Aspire to be the “single point of contact” for the Plant management team in providing the necessary business support required in all aspects of supply chain related activities such as management of expenses, investments/ divestments (CAPEX), working capital optimization, cost savings and productivity improvements and other local initiatives and strategies.
You Bring

Bachelor's Degree Finance, Accounting, Business and Economics or Master’s in Finance

5 years or more of work experience in manufacturing cost accounting / controlling with relevant experience in product cost accounting

Would consider recent college graduate with limited or no manufacturing cost accounting experience
-
Availability to travel to the U.S. 3–4 times per year.
