Remote Appointment Setter / Cold Caller — English Required
We are hiring experienced cold callers to join our sales team.
This role involves calling real estate agents in the United States and introducing them to our done-for-you social media posting service. Real estate experience is helpful, but not required.
What matters most is that you have previous cold calling or phone sales experience, strong spoken English, clear communication, and the confidence to speak with U.S. prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to real estate agents in the U.S.
- Introduce our done-for-you social media posting service
- Follow a simple script and call process
- Book interested prospects for a follow-up conversation
- Track calls, notes, and outcomes accurately
- Join training and coaching sessions to improve performance
Requirements:
- Previous cold calling or phone sales experience
- Strong spoken English
- Clear, easy-to-understand communication for U.S. prospects
- Confidence on the phone
- Strong work ethic
- Dependability and consistency
- Willingness to be coached and trained
- Ability to handle rejection and keep making calls
- Quiet workspace and stable internet
- Availability during U.S. business hours
Pay:
- $5–$10 USD per hour depending on experience, English level, communication skills, and cold calling ability
- Weekly bonuses paid each week for hitting realistic call/appointment quotas
