Our client provides a comprehensive wealth management solution for financial advisors across the credit union, banking, insurance, and investment dealer sectors.
Must Have
- Proven experience in client management and sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong business knowledge of wealth management systems and mutual fund trading.
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in the wealth management industry, with strong familiarity with financial advisory platforms, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
- An established network of senior-level contacts within the Mexican wealth management industry, including banks, brokerages, casas de bolsa, investment dealers, or insurance companies.
- Profound understanding of the Mexican financial services market, including the regulatory environment (CNBV), local competitors, and client expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working independently with a high degree of autonomy in a local market.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related concerns, needs, and opportunities.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to establish long-term strategic partnerships.
- Work closely with Sales and other internal teams to develop strategic account plans and ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Apply effective sales techniques, processes, and methodologies to manage accounts and identify upselling opportunities.
- Actively promote and sell additional services and modules to existing clients.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our client's products and service offerings to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contract changes, renewals, and account information.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, respond to customer questions, and recommend solutions that best meet their needs.
- Ensure visibility into program performance and customer health, both internally and across customer teams.
- Leverage established relationships with senior executives at wealth management institutions in Mexico to accelerate client engagement and build trust.
- Act as the primary local representative of our client in the Mexican market, supporting regional marketing events, executive roundtables, and industry initiatives.
- Build and nurture relationships with local industry partners, influencers, and key stakeholders within the Mexican wealth management ecosystem.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.
