The Customer Service Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, with special focus on load tracking for an ethylene oxide sterilizer. The
specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem solving and fluent communication in English.
This position will play a crucial role in the continuous improvement of ethylene oxide sterilization services, providing quality service and maintaining positive customer relations.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Will obtain regularly the status of shipments going through the sterilization process, prioritizing the use of integrated systems (SAP) to proactively communicate the status of every product to each client via online systems.
- Create and implement systems for downloading information from the SAP system related to product receipt, processing, and shipment.
- Create and implement online communication systems (SharePoint) that constantly and continuously transfer information to clients.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and stakeholders in English, both verbal and written.
- Provide basic technical advice on the ethylene oxide sterilization process to customers and internal collaborators.
- Work closely with Operations and Import-export departments to ensure efficient problem resolution and continuous improvement of customer service.
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Quality Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Administration or related careers.
Work Experience: · Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or logistics areas within the medical device or manufacturing industry.
Technical Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, analyzing and managing data through tables and graphs.
- Basic understanding of sterilization process and ability to provide technical advice (Desirable).
- Ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively address problems and maintain a positive relationship with customers.
- Strategic decision making and complex problem-solving skills.
- Proactive approach to understanding and meeting customer needs, even in challenging situations.
Languages:
- Advanced English, both written and spoken.
