- Experience working in one or more of the following fields: growth, product, brand, social, or partner marketing or research.
- Experience in consulting and working with behavioural marketing data.
- Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.
- Craft and deliver inspiring localized narratives that articulate Google’s AI leadership, long-term investments, and positive economic and social impact across Mexico.
- Lead national AI-powered upskilling, education, and workforce capability programs in partnership with government entities, educational authorities, and NGOs to foster local progress.
- Orchestrate high-impact country-level events and multi-channel marketing campaigns that showcase AI innovation and impact.
- Foster deep alignment across complex cross-functional networks including GAPP, Comms, Cloud, and core product areas, applying critical reasoning to navigate brand topics.
- Oversee strategic media collaborations, local economic contribution reporting, and AI-focused cultural activations to manifest Google’s sustained commitment.
