Are you passionate about innovation and creating consumer-centered growth strategies? Join our Marketing Innovation team as a Marketing Innovation Sr. Manager. You’ll be responsible for developing relevant product innovations across cereal brands in LATAM, creating insight-based innovation programs aligned with brand strategies, business objectives, and consumer needs. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches and drive profitable growth across Mexico, CCA, Pacific, and Brazil. This is a role based in Queretaro.
As a Marketing Innovation leader, you will manage the end-to-end innovation process, from identifying consumer opportunities and market trends to executing launch plans and measuring performance. You will collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure flawless execution and business impact across the LATAM region.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Innovation Strategy Development: Identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities to create insight-based innovation programs aligned with brand strategies and business objectives.
- End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead innovation initiatives from concept development through execution, coordinating cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Regulatory, Human Insights, and Finance.
- Launch Excellence: Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans, including packaging, promotions, and communication campaigns that drive consumer awareness and engagement.
- Business & Financial Analysis: Analyze market trends, category performance, and financial data to provide recommendations that support profitable portfolio growth and informed decision making.
- Regional Stakeholder Management: Partner with LATAM Growth teams and Business Units to ensure alignment, collaboration, and successful implementation of innovation programs across the region.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- +8 years of business experience, preferably within FMCG companies.
- Strong experience in project management, business planning, and implementation of innovation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of Brand Marketing strategies, Shopper Activation, Route to Market, and communication channels including POP and Digital.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting market trends, consumer insights, and financial data.
- English proficiency and excellent communication skills.
- Financial fundamentals knowledge and advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
