Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and on-site) by communicating with candidates and interviewers to align availability, ensuring all logistics, materials and agendas are accurate and well-documented.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, managing confirmations, rescheduling, and providing clear and timely communication to ensure a positive candidate experience, escort candidates on site through the facility
Provide general administrative support for hiring events, assessments, and additional recruitment tasks, contributing to project initiatives within Talent Acquisition as needed.
Track candidates through the hiring process and facilitate processing of background checks, drug screens, conflict of interest reviews, etc. to ensure timely completion of HR pre-employment requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Workday and similar platforms.
Review candidate pipelines and ensure accurate documentation.
Typically requires a High School diploma or equivalent education, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (administrative, coordination, recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related support role).
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Workday or similar platforms.
Experience supporting career fairs, recruiting events, hiring events, or campus recruiting activities.
Experience coordinating or tracking administrative processes involving multiple steps or stakeholders.
