About the role:
The JML (Joiners, Movers, and Leavers) Advisor is responsible for supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle activities for the Mexico market, with a primary focus on union-related processes. This role ensures the timely and accurate execution of hiring, employee movement, and offboarding activities while maintaining compliance with company policies, labor requirements, and audit standards.

Perform standard BAU activities as a JML Advisor for the Mexico market.

Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including joiners, movers, and leavers.

Manage and maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.

Support both union and non-union employee lifecycle activities.

Coordinate and monitor candidate background checks.

Collect, review, and maintain all required hiring and onboarding documentation.

Support the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed.

Create and distribute hiring documentation to the appropriate market stakeholders.

Complete hiring transactions and ensure accurate system updates.

Act as the primary support for union-related employee processes.

Manage the end-to-end union process, including:Collection and validation of union documentation.Candidate profile creation and updates.Completion of hiring processes for union employees.Preparation and sharing of hiring documentation with the market.Processing of employee movement and offboarding activities.

Ensure compliance with applicable union agreements and internal procedures.

Compile and provide documentation required for employee-related tickets, cases, and inquiries.

Support internal and external audit requests by gathering and validating required documentation.

Maintain organized records to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide timely updates and resolution support for employee lifecycle-related requests.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Knowledge of employee lifecycle processes (Joiners, Movers, and Leavers).

Experience managing hiring and onboarding documentation.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience supporting unionized workforces and labor-related processes is preferred.
