1. Main work and Responsibility:
Consolidated brazing works
1) Continuous Atmosphere Brazing - Brazing profile and condition control Juarez#1 Hex, Juarez#2 Hex - New profile set up for new model - Profile consolidation to have efficiency and reduce change over
2) Control of pipe torch brazing - Juarez#1 FT - Alumimium brazing with flux and clad ring. - Time and position control 2.
2. Common work and Responsibility
Continuous improvement - New program in launch phase - Support of production team for the model in serial production
Regular temperature control - Datapaq check every Monday - Data analysis with process engineer
Follow up of DCR / MCR list - Design Cose Reduction - Material Cost Reduction
Competence:
Knowledge of Brazing/Welding - Theory of welding - CAB brazing experience
Enterproj of Hanon portal - Program management system
PLM-Web and SAP Knowledge
Process and Material Flow
APIS system for E-document - P-FMEA, Control plan
Work with industrial engineersWork with process engineers
Physical experience with CAB/TorchKnowledge of Datapaq
Knowledge of Bill of MaterialKnowledge of Drawing, Tolerance
Necessary certificates:
Major of brazing/Driving license
OEMs' Engineering Standard Specification, PFMEA (APIS, E document), Process flow, Control Plan, Operation Instruction, Model List, Process Check Sheet, Contingency plan of plant
