Job Summary:
Join a training team supporting a leading global automotive company in building and scaling Six Sigma capability across the enterprise. This is a US-based position, and the company is open to sponsoring a TN work VISA. The mission is to advance operational excellence, sharpen manufacturing and business processes, and embed durable, data-driven improvement throughout the organization.
Day to day, you'll coach employees, run formal training sessions, and help build out training content that keeps strengthening the company's continuous improvement practice. You'll also lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives tackling the organization's most pressing manufacturing and business challenges, all while continuing to develop your own technical and leadership skills. We're looking for an energetic leader who cares as much about developing people as about cracking tough, high-value operational problems.
Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-functional improvement projects and workshops with Lean and DMAIC approaches to deliver creative, long-lasting results.
- Run and deliver formal Six Sigma training, covering both classroom instruction and the logistics behind it.
- Coach and grow project leaders in evidence-based decision-making, structured problem-solving, and lead small teams well.
- Oversee improvement projects end to end, delivering ongoing analysis, status reporting, and risk assessment.
- Bring advanced problem-solving to bear on complex, high-stakes technical issues across the business.
- Put AI tools and technologies to work to simplify processes, unlock efficiencies, and generate added value.
- Help maintain the global master belt roster and contribute to evolving and refining the improvement curriculum.
- Travel roughly 10% as needed for training and project support.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership, including leading projects through to successful completion.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- A clear track record of developing people and nurturing a continuous improvement mindset.
- Lean Belt trained or comparable experience.
- A self-directed, high-energy approach with genuine curiosity and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
