QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in supplier development.
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
Purchase order follow-up.
Strong communication skills with suppliers.
Cost analysis experience.
Previous experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, and other relevant tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Support in ISO processes and internal audits.
Advanced English proficiency.
