About the Role
As a B2B Sales Executive at Bloom Digitals, you will work directly with our CEO to architect and execute our outbound sales initiatives. This position is uniquely designed for a seasoned sales professional who excels at both high-level campaign planning and hands-on lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
- Dedicated Cold Calling: Execute daily, proactive outbound cold calls leveraging lead databases supplied by the marketing team.
- End-to-End Deal Management: Guide and manage prospective clients through the entire sales lifecycle, from the initial point of contact all the way to final closing and contract signing.
- Outreach Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective B2B outreach strategies while ensuring proper, consistent follow-up with prospective clients.
- Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Growth: Conduct daily proactive follow-ups with leads to build, engage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with the marketing department to request, align, and optimize the sales tools needed for successful campaigns.
- Client Acquisition: Drive tangible business growth by expertly securing, scheduling, and following up on high-value appointments with key decision-makers.
- Data & CRM Ownership: Take full daily ownership of CRM management to ensure accurate tracking of all sales activities, lead progressions, and client communications.
Key Requirements
- C2 English proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- +5 years of B2B sales experience in email and LinkedIn.
- +3 years of experience in cold calling sales.
- +3 years of experience in sales video calling.
- +1 year of experience in CRM Management.
- +2 years of experience in international sales.
- Self-motivated and highly motivated.
- Problem solver, resilient, and team player.
Desired Skills
- Experience in the Staff Augmentation industry of tech.
- International experience.
Working conditions:
- Part-time: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 13:00, Aguascalientes
- Hybrid:
- On-site: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Remote: Tuesday and Thursday
