The Compute & Storage Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for providing technical leadership for compute and storage platforms in on-premises and cloud environments, designing, managing, and optimizing virtualization architectures (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure Local), hyperconverged systems, and containers using OpenShift and Kubernetes. In this key role, you will drive infrastructure automation through Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD, and advanced Linux and Windows server administration, while ensuring operational resilience through backup, replication, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Act as the technical SME for compute and storage platforms across on-prem and cloud environments.

Design, implement, and manage virtualization platforms (e.g. Azure local, VMware, Hyper-V, Openshift). Provide guidance on hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) and modern datacenter solutions.

Oversee infrastructure lifecycle management including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning • Lead architecture and operations for storage systems including NAS and enterprise storage solutions.

Expertise in enterprise storage solutions (NAS, SAN concepts), performing tiering, caching, and data locality.

Manage and optimize container platforms such as OpenShift and Kubernetes.

Support CI/CD pipelines and enable platform reliability for application teams.

Drive automation using Terraform and other DevOps tools for infrastructure provisioning and management.
- 10+ years of enterprise Datacenter operations and infrastructure engineering.
