The Role
The Regional Associate Marketing Manager – HIC JADE is responsible for translating the approved regional marketing strategy into consistent, high-quality, and measurable execution across assigned hotels, campaigns, and strategic initiatives. This role combines project coordination with hands-on execution across campaign activation, hotel coordination, content management, digital platforms, agency collaboration, budget tracking, reporting, and performance optimization.
The Associate Marketing Manager serves as the primary day-to-day operational marketing partner for assigned hotels, ensuring that brand standards, commercial priorities, timelines, assets, digital platforms, and cross-functional stakeholders remain aligned from planning through execution, reporting, and continuous optimization.

Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns and initiatives by coordinating timelines, deliverables, marketing assets, photoshoots, hotel requests, and campaign implementation across assigned properties. Assist in ensuring activities are completed on time and aligned with approved regional priorities.
Coordinate digital content updates across Hyatt CMS and support the maintenance of hotel websites. Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and timely publication of approved marketing materials while managing marketing assets and content libraries.
Serve as the day-to-day marketing contact for assigned hotels, providing guidance on marketing processes, campaign execution, content requests, brand standards, and available marketing resources. Escalate issues and support hotel marketing needs as required.
Support the development, organization, and distribution of marketing collateral, digital assets, sales tools, and promotional materials. Ensure all assets follow Hyatt brand guidelines and are available for hotel and regional initiatives.
Coordinate with creative agencies, vendors, and external partners to support project execution, monitor deliverables, follow up on timelines, and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Support marketing activities for new hotel openings, conversions, relaunches, and regional projects by coordinating timelines, content readiness, launch assets, and cross-functional execution.
Coordinate regional marketing communications, maintain project trackers, support recurring team meetings, document action items, and contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
