Job description:
The Marketing Coordinator – Developments owns the day-to-day marketing operation of Ronival's development portfolio. The role works as an operational “hub”: the coordinator personally owns developer relationships, quality assurance, Meta Ads execution, and time-sensitive decisions, while also building and running AI-powered automations (using Gemini and Claude) that handle tracking, alerts, reporting, and first-draft content — so the role stays sustainable at a realistic, single-person workload. The position exists to guarantee that every landing page, sales collateral, paid campaign, and developer commitment is accurate, current, and delivered on time, while continuously testing new ways to generate qualified leads for our Developments.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (with 1 hour for lunch)
Saturdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Hybrid per team standard (1 fixed day/week + 2 Saturdays/month of Home Office)
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years in marketing coordination, agency account management, or real estate marketing. Hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns and building AI-assisted workflows is a strong plus.
- Fully bilingual Spanish–English, written and spoken (100%). English required for developer, agency, and buyer communications.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
- Lives in Cabo San Lucas or has the ability to commute.
Skills:
Coordination & Quality Assurance
- Proven ability to manage multiple external vendors/agencies against timelines and quality standards.
- Meticulous attention to detail — able to cross-check pricing, unit specs, and availability across PDFs, landing pages, and sales presentations without errors.
- Strong follow-through: closes the loop on every commitment made in developer or sales meetings.
Real Estate & Developments Expertise
- Understanding of pre-sale/development real estate marketing: pricing structures and inventory management.
- Comfortable presenting updates to developers and senior management.
Paid Media — Meta Ads
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager: campaign setup, audience and custom-audience building, budget pacing, and creative performance analysis.
- Comfortable reporting cost-per-lead and campaign ROI to the Director on a recurring basis.
AI & Automation Fluency (core requirement)
- Daily, disciplined use of Monday.com (or equivalent) for task tracking — this is a non-negotiable requirement of the role.
- Strong working proficiency with Gemini and Claude as the primary AI tools used to build automations, draft reports, and streamline workflows.
- Willingness to collaborate directly with Ronival's internal AI marketing-coordination agent as a working tool.
Innovation & Lead Generation
- Proactively researches and pilots new lead-generation channels and tactics for our Developments, beyond the current playbook.
- Brings a test-and-learn mindset: proposes, tests, and measures new approaches to reach qualified buyers.
- Treats innovation as a standing responsibility, not a one-time exercise.
Key responsibilities:
1. Agency & Vendor Coordination (human-led)
- Serve as the single point of contact between Ronival and external agencies/vendors for Developments content.
- Enforce delivery timelines and quality standards; escalate recurring issues to the Director immediately rather than absorbing them silently.
2. Collaterals & Landing Page Accuracy / QA
- Own a recurring (at minimum monthly) cross-check of every development's landing pages, fact sheets, and sales presentations against the single source of truth for pricing, unit specs, and availability.
- Maintain a master pricing/inventory reference per development and ensure every published asset reflects it within 48 hours of any change.
3. Developer & Sales Liaison
- Represent Ronival in recurring developer meetings and communicate agreements back to the marketing and sales teams.
- Maintain proactive, daily contact with developers and on-site sales agents to resolve friction points in real time.
4. Paid Media: Meta Ads Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for Developments, from audience definition through creative rotation.
- Monitor budget pacing and reallocate spend across active developments as needed; keep campaigns within approved budgets at all times.
- Report cost-per-lead, lead quality, and campaign ROI to the Director on a weekly basis.
5. Automation-Enabled Tracking & Reporting
- Log all tasks and status updates in Monday.com daily; deliver a weekly status report to the Director covering every active development.
- Use the internal AI coordination agent and automation tools to generate recurring reports, flag overdue items, and draft first versions of routine communications.
6. AI Automation Design & Build
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations that reduce manual work across reporting, lead routing, alerting, and content drafting.
- Work directly with the Director to identify which repetitive processes are worth automating, and own the build end-to-end.
7. Event & Launch Support
- Support the planning and on-the-ground execution of developer-related events, launches, and sponsor activations (e.g., site tours, broker events).
8. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Proactively identify repetitive tasks that can be automated and bring recommendations to the Director.
- Actively research and test new lead-generation channels and tactics for our Developments, reporting results and recommending which to scale.
- Carry out all of the above in line with Ronival's Company Values.
ALIGNMENT WITH RONIVAL VALUES
All responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with Ronival's six core values:
- Integrity — Act with honesty in every decision, communication, and deliverable.
- Pursuit of Excellence — Deliver the highest-quality work, always striving to improve.
- Teamwork — Actively collaborate across all areas of the marketing and sales teams.
- Professionalism — Represent the Ronival brand to the highest standard in every action.
- Valuing People — Respect clients and colleagues; content must educate before it sells.
- Embracing Opportunities — Be flexible, creative, and open to new tools, channels, and ideas.
