What you'll do

Be part of the supplier's development strategy to ensure that the supplier meets expectations for quality, delivery and service.

Conduct on-site supplier visits if necessary for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions for supplier quality issues.

Ensure compliance and assistance in the follow-up of the Quality Management System and our quality manual for suppliers.

Promote the use of techniques for continuous improvement, such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (error testing), measurement system analysis, and FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis).

Responsible for providing support to the team of Supplier Quality Engineers in the Plants and creating a SQA network to increase the flexibility required in our organization. Understands and implements the Quality Policy and promotes the correct application of the Quality System

What we are looking for

Industrial, Electronic or Electrical Engineering Degree

ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor Leadership, 8Ds

Experience with ISO and IATF core tools.

3-4 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing or Engineering.

English/Spanish language

Traveling
