In this role, you will be the key driver of local marketing execution, bridging global vision with impactful local activations. You will collaborate closely with our global team in France to adapt international brand guidelines and bring high-profile launches, events, and campaigns to life across local markets. From orchestrating major medical congresses and Filorga Days to managing a robust digital and influencer strategy, you will shape how our brand connects with healthcare professionals, influencers, and consumers!

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Lineage & Local Execution: Partner closely with international teams to localize innovation strategies, brand positioning, and product launches effectively.
Events & Congress Activation: Define and execute the strategy for key brand events, Filorga Days, medical congresses, and in-clinic activations—determining the optimal timing, format, and channels to drive brand engagement.
Digital & Social Media Strategy: Lead organic and digital social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Collaborate with digital teams and agencies to produce engaging, high-quality content aligned with business objectives.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital performance metrics (ROI, CTR, conversion rates, views) to identify high-performing channels, including organic medical influencer partnerships.
Budget & Resource Management: Oversee a significant marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and measurable return on investment across all campaigns and events.
End-to-End Campaign & Inventory Coordination: Work in tandem with Sales and Logistics to manage event materials, sampling strategy, promotional items, and product inventory required for events and activations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across internal teams (Sales, Digital Commerce, PR, Supply Chain) and manage external agency relationships to ensure seamless execution and consistent brand messaging.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Completed Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing execution, or social media/influencer strategy.
Demonstrated experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG/CPG), skincare, beauty, or skin health sectors.
Strong proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, Emplifi, or similar).
Proven experience managing large marketing budgets and driving ROI-focused campaigns.
Availability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree or MBA.
Experience adapting global brand guidelines to local markets.
Expertise in working with medical/dermatology influencers, healthcare professionals, or specialized congresses.
Proven track record in public relations, agency management, and high-impact brand partnerships.
Demonstrated commitment to working collaboratively in a diverse, equitable, and inclusive team culture.
