Seguimiento a la Entrega de kits de cirugia
Coordinar la distribución y trazabilidad de kits de cirugía conforme a lo solicitado por el área comercial, manteniendo comunicación constante
con almacén, transporte, y área comercial.
Para facturar los materiales que se consumieron
Gestiona el proceso de consignas
Monitorear las solicitudes de inventario, control de consumos y abasto del material en las diferentes unidades médicas, obteniendo las
evidencias de entrega.
Para garantizar que el material este disponible en la unidad médica para los pacientes.
Abastecimiento de material en los diferentes almacenes
Realizando solicitud de materiales de almacén central para los diferentes almacenes de 3pl para el llenado de los kits de cirugía, basado con
el menú proporcionado por el área comercial.
Para tener material disponible para los kits de cirugía
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura
- Inglés básico
- Experiencia de 2 años como auxiliar de operaciones de almacén y distribución en empresas farmacéuticas o dispositivos médicos.
- Deseable conocimiento en consignación hospitalaria.
- Conocimientos de paquetería office.
- Conocimiento de SAP, Aspel y/o software de administración de inventarios.
