Position Summary
This role schedules and coordinates the flow of work within or between departments to facilitate or expedite production. Provide support and serve as inside liaison for customers and sales agents. Preparing build plan and production schedule for customer orders and inventory replenishment for safety and consignment stocks.

Business Partner:
- Confers with department Team Leaders, customer service, designers, engineering and marketing to determine progress of work and to provide information on changes in processing methods.
- Develops strong relationships and provides effective communication, prioritization, and alignment across value streams, sites, business units, and functions.
- Demonstrates capability for engaging with external business partners to provide seamless linkage of supply chain processes.
- Works with Purchasing to ensure material availability for all raw and assembled goods required to meet the Master Production Schedule.
- Serves as inside liaison between production, purchasing, and customer service.
Center of Expertise (COE)
- Demonstrates capabilities in material management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), pull systems, flow, and the implementation of lean concepts.
- High attention to detail, follow up and attention to customer service.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Team player, able to work with cross functional team.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Possess exceptional conflict resolution skills and is adept at dealing with situations involving conflict.
Education, Experience and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or related Engineering.
- Applicants must be permanent residents.
