We have a great opportunity as Regional Health & Safety & Business Continuity Manager México & LATAM responsible for the function at the Country level, as well as coordinating activities across the LATAM region.
What will be your impact in this role?
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Health, Safety & Business Continuity Manager (H&S/BCM) to lead the implementation of Health, Safety, Wellbeing, and Business Continuity programs across Latin America.
This role is responsible for driving a culture of safety, resilience, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with global standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders across the region to protect our people, operations, customers, and assets.
What are you going to do in this position?

Lead the regional Health & Safety and Business Continuity Management strategy across Latin America.

Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 45001 and ISO 22301 management systems, as well as other Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.

Provide strategic guidance to country leadership teams on health, safety, resilience, crisis management, and regulatory compliance.

Oversee regional governance frameworks, policies, standards, audits, reporting, and performance management programs.

Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation initiatives related to health, safety, transportation, business continuity, and operational resilience.

Develop and promote a strong culture of safety, wellbeing, preparedness, and continuous improvement.

Support crisis management and emergency response capabilities across the region.

Drive regional wellbeing programs focused on physical, mental, and social wellbeing.

Partner with customers, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders on H&S and BCM matters.

Analyze performance metrics and trends to drive risk reduction and operational excellence.

Lead capability-building initiatives through training, awareness, leadership engagement, and succession planning.
What can you stand for this role?

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Industrial Safety and Hygiene Engineering, environmental engineering or similar.

Experience for 10 years in health and safety as well as corporate knowledge and operability among BUs.

Extensive experience in Health & Safety, Business Continuity Management, Risk Management, or related disciplines within a multinational environment.

Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 22301, and Integrated Management Systems.

Experience leading regional programs across multiple countries and regulatory environments.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cultural transformation.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred

MBA, Project Management Professional or related field postgraduate diplomas

Health & Safety Master’s Degree or minimum 10 years work history in this area
