We are seeking an experienced Data and AI Delivery Lead to join our Americas Analytics and AI team. This individual will play a critical role in evolving our data products into AI-ready, agent-compatible assets while working closely with business stakeholders to reimagine processes through the lens of Agentic AI and modern data architectures.
At IT DA, our regional data analytics team drives transformative change by bringing together platforms, applications, and solutions into a unified ecosystem. We support business functions across Siemens North America and South America to optimize processes, enable intelligent decision-making, and position the organization for an AI-first future. This role is central to that mission.
This position will be based out of our Mexico office, onsite.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead data and AI delivery by collaborating with technical teams, platform teams, and IT service providers to ensure timely and quality execution of data and AI use case development.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, reimagine processes with Agentic AI as a core component, and translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.

Help business users visualize the art of the possible with data and AI, and support change management to drive adoption of new solutions across functions.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of industrial processes (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales operations) to ensure data products are contextually relevant and business-aligned.

Break complex business problems into tangible deliverables, associate them with the right technology elements, and plan execution within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Provide regular updates on individual project status, risks, and outcomes to the PMO and business stakeholders.

Evolve existing data products from traditional analytics models into AI-ready, agent-compatible data assets that support Snowflake Cortex, MCP, and agentic workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including citizen developers, nominated coordinators, and IT partners to ensure seamless integration across the analytics ecosystem.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited university.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering, data product development, or data and AI delivery roles.

Strong understanding of modern data architectures including data lakehouse, data mesh, and data-as-a-service patterns.

Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL or python and data modeling techniques (dimensional, semantic, and AI-ready data structures).

Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Working knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial domain data environments.

Knowledge of change management principles and experience driving technology adoption.

Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Experience working with offshore and nearshore delivery teams in a global organization.

Experience with Snowflake Cortex AI, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or agentic AI frameworks.

Familiarity with dbt, data pipeline orchestration, and CI/CD for data products.

Understanding of AI/ML concepts including RAG, LLMs, semantic search, and AI agents.

The pay range for this position is TO BE ADDED. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
