Objective
The IT Applications Intern will contribute to the optimization of IT document management and vendor management processes, while also assisting in the design of training materials that support long-term sustainability.
Main Responsibilities
Customer Service & Planning:
Manage both contractual and system-related customer requirements
Participate in daily customer escalation calls and internal operations meetings.
Develop and maintain the shipment plan and master production schedule for casting lines.
Inventory and Operational Control: Ensure physical inventory accuracy against system records. Coordinate interplant transfers and optimize material flow.
KPI Monitoring: Track installed capacity versus demand. Oversee operational patterns, labor planning, and shift requirements. Monitor scrap levels and implement containment actions as needed.
Communication & Escalation: Act as a key point of contact for both customer and internal teams. Proactively escalating production or shipping risks impacting customer fulfillment.

Position Requirements
Education required: Active college student with at least one-year left before graduation.
Career: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technologies, Systems Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Mechatronics (strong analytical background)
or related careers.
Skills: Organization and attention to detail, Teamwork, Creativity, Responsible.
Currently residing in Nuevo León, Mexico (mandatory).
