We are seeking a Lead Platform/Infrastructure Engineer to drive the technical delivery of an enterprise HashiCorp Boundary platform, build secure cloud connectivity between AWS and Azure and establish reusable platform standards for a remote team with required overlap during US working hours.
Responsibilities

Lead the technical delivery of the HashiCorp Boundary platform and track
-
Design and deploy HashiCorp Boundary across the enterprise environment

Build secure networking connectivity between AWS and Azure
-
Implement Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory integration
-
Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform and Terragrunt
-
Define the Boundary access model including Scopes, Roles and Grants
-
Improve CI/CD pipelines, automation and operational practices
-
Drive security, compliance and DevSecOps initiatives
-
Produce technical documentation and runbooks
-
Champion AI-assisted engineering practices across the team
-
Mentor two Senior Developers and influence platform architecture
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience in platform or infrastructure engineering with proven technical leadership

Expertise in HashiCorp Boundary implementation and administration
-
Knowledge of AWS networking including Cloud WAN, Transit Gateway and Network Firewall
-
Familiarity with Azure networking, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
-
Proficiency in Terraform, Terragrunt and Python
-
Skills in Linux and Docker
-
Background in DevSecOps practices including SAST, SCA and Secrets Management
-
Understanding of CI/CD automation
-
Strong technical leadership, mentoring and ownership skills
-
Daily use of Claude Code and/or GitHub Copilot with experience introducing AI-assisted development practices

Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM fundamentals and AI-enabled developer workflows

Familiarity with GitHub Actions

Knowledge of RDP session recording solutions

Skills in Azure domain-join and DNS troubleshooting

Familiarity with MCP servers or AI automation tooling
