Job Summary
This role supports the eMobility organization within MG with onboarding suppliers, conducting and analyzing RFQs, working with suppliers on launches of new part numbers, and expediting materials related to new launches and product transfers.
Job Responsibilities
Gather quality and commercial documentation from suppliers. Construct timelines for launches and transfers with suppliers. Conduct and analyze RFQs. Set up part numbers in SAP with relevant parameters. Provide expedite support.
The position will support the eMobility organization within Mobility Group (MG) in managing high-volume business transfer and product launch projects. Responsibilities include supplier onboarding, administration and analysis of supplier quotations (RFQs), coordination with suppliers for new part number launches, and follow-up on materials related to product launches and business transfers. The role will also be responsible for collecting commercial and quality documentation from suppliers, developing and tracking launch and transfer timelines, creating and maintaining part numbers in SAP, and providing expediting support to ensure continuity of supply. The position is expected to contribute to the successful execution of projects, supporting on-time launches, budget compliance, and uninterrupted operations.

- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual Spanish - English
