Position Summary

We are seeking an immediate-start Senior Recruiter for a 3-month temporary assignment in Mexico City. In this high-impact, rapid-execution role, you will drive an intensive talent acquisition sprint to support a critical ramp-up of engineering capabilities for automotive clients. You will focus exclusively on sourcing and hiring specialized talent in Automotive Software, Embedded Systems, Electrical/Electronic (E/E) Architecture, and Control Systems.

The ideal candidate can hit the ground running on day one, leveraging existing networks and specialized tech-sourcing techniques to deliver short-term results.

Key Responsibilities

High-Volume & Niche Sourcing Sprint: Rapidly identify, attract, and submit qualified candidates for complex engineering profiles, including Embedded C/C++ Developers, AUTOSAR Engineers, ADAS/AV Systems Engineers, Software Validation/HIL Test Engineers, and Functional Safety (ISO 26262) Specialists.
Aggressive Headhunting & Mapping: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, technical networks (GitHub, StackOverflow), and direct outreach to build immediate, ready-to-interview talent pipelines across Mexico.
Agile Stakeholder Alignment: Partner directly with Hiring Managers and Technical Directors to swiftly clarify job specs, establish fast-tracked interview loops, and maintain rapid feedback turnaround times.
Candidate Screening & Qualification: Conduct rigorous, bilingual (English/Spanish) competency and technical fit evaluations to ensure candidates meet high technical standards before client presentation.
Offer Closing & Negotiation: Structure and present competitive project-based, direct-hire, or contractor offers, driving high acceptance rates in a competitive market.
Pipeline Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS and produce real-time recruitment tracker reports to leadership.

Key Competencies & Qualifications

Technical & Domain Expertise

Automotive Software Ecosystem Knowledge: Immediate familiarity with tech stacks, tools, and terminology in automotive development (e.g., Embedded C/C++, AUTOSAR, CAN/LIN/Ethernet protocols, MATLAB/Simulink, ISO 26262, ASPICE, HIL/SIL testing, QNX, Embedded Linux).
Speed & Precision Sourcing: Proven ability to source, engage, and convert passive automotive/embedded software engineers within short timeframes.
Consultative Recruiting: Strong capability to qualify specialized technical roles quickly with minimal hand-holding.

Professional Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience, with at least 3 years explicitly focused on Automotive Software, Electronics, or Complex IT/Embedded Engineering.
Contract/Sprint Readiness: Proven track record of success in project-based, agency, or high-growth consulting environments with aggressive delivery deadlines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
Language Proficiency: Bilingual (Native or Fluent Spanish / C1-C2 English). Exceptional written and verbal communication in English is mandatory for international stakeholder alignment and candidate interviews.
Tool Proficiency: Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Cegid HR, Workday, Greenhouse).

Immediate Delivery & Initiative: High drive to achieve quick wins without waiting for extensive onboarding or ramp-up periods.
Agility & Resilience: Ability to excel under tight project deadlines, changing project scope, and fast-paced client expectations.
