As Deployment Head you will be leading the end-to-end deployment of the Central Planning Hub operating model across assigned markets, business units, or regions. Ensure successful implementation of planning processes, governance, tools, capabilities, and organizational change while maintaining alignment with global standards and business objectives.
1. Deployment Leadership
- Lead deployment activities for designated waves, regions, or business units.
- Develop and execute deployment plans aligned with overall transformation milestones.
- Ensure readiness across people, process, data, technology, and governance dimensions.
- Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, functional teams, and local planning organizations.
- Act as primary point of contact between the Central Planning Hub program team and deployment stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision-making and escalation management.
- Drive alignment on deployment priorities and timelines.
3. Planning Process Standardization
- Implement standardized E2E Planning and IBP processes.
- Ensure adoption of global planning frameworks, governance, and KPIs.
- Identify local process gaps and manage approved deviations.
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement opportunities.
4. Change Management & Adoption
- Drive organizational readiness activities.
- Support communication, engagement, and training plans.
- Champion the Central Planning Hub vision and operating model.
- Monitor adoption metrics and address resistance to change.
5. Data & Systems Readiness
- Coordinate deployment readiness for planning systems, master data, analytics, and reporting.
- Partner with technology teams to support testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance activities.
- Ensure business process requirements are reflected in system configurations.
6. Governance & Performance Management
- Track deployment KPIs and benefits realization.
- Facilitate governance forums and steering committee updates.
- Maintain deployment dashboards and status reporting.
- Escalate risks and mitigation plans proactively.
Strong experince in Supply Chain, Planning, IBP, or Transformation Ecosystem.
Experience deploying planning operating models across multiple business units or geographies.
Experience with centralization or Global Business Services programs.
SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan, or similar planning platforms.
Large-scale transformation and change management experience.
