Your Role: Own the Challenge
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Maintenance team. Each day, you will adjust tooling or equipment on the press to perform model changeovers, repair faults detected in the machine and carry out its operational testing. and operate all types of mechanical tools.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Installation Products in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Complete daily work reports and verify the availability of required materials, tools, and equipment for assigned tasks.
Monitor work progress and quality, reporting any machine, tooling, or safety equipment issues to the supervisor.
Repair and maintain molds, dies, inserts, and other high-precision tooling; perform die setup and adjustments as needed.
Inspect tools after each operation and conduct basic preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
Support production and process teams during the approval, startup, transfer, or implementation of new or repaired tools, molds, and dies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; manage tooling inventory and ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement, safety, housekeeping, Kaizen, 5S activities, training sessions, and identify equipment, tooling, materials, or safety replacements needed to improve operations.

Qualifications for the role
Bachelor's degree or technical degree (Machining and Tooling, or a related field)
One year of professional experience related
Knowledge and Skills: Blueprint/technical drawing interpretation, use of precision measuring instruments, bench fitting and assembly adjustments, press operation, die repair and maintenance, basic electrical knowledge, 5S methodology and workplace organization principles
