Digital Marketing Manager
Reports To: Senior Director of Digital Strategy
Location: Querétaro and/or Monterrey, Mexico
Environment: Hybrid (3 days on site, 2 days at home)
Work Schedule:
This position is full time and hybrid Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital marketing efforts, related to our company website, paid advertising, and social media strategies.
How You Make a Difference Every Day:
Own the development, execution, and optimization of Redwood’s email marketing programs, including campaign emails, newsletters, nurture programs, automated workflows, and other lifecycle communications.
Build, test, and optimize landing pages in HubSpot to support campaigns, events, content offers, lead generation programs, and other marketing initiatives.
Manage Redwood’s corporate website, including creating and updating pages, publishing content, maintaining site functionality, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.
Partner with demand generation and content teams to translate campaign strategies into effective digital experiences across email, landing pages, forms, and the website.
Manage website forms, calls-to-action, conversion paths, and related digital assets to improve lead capture and conversion.
Monitor and optimize email performance, including deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and conversions.
Analyze website and landing page performance, identifying opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and user experience.
Support website SEO initiatives, including on-page optimization, metadata, internal linking, content structure, and other technical or content-related improvements.
Conduct A/B testing across emails, landing pages, calls-to-action, and other digital experiences to continuously improve performance.
Maintain organized processes and documentation for website updates, email campaigns, landing pages, templates, and digital marketing initiatives.
Stay current on evolving best practices related to HubSpot, email marketing, conversion optimization, website management, SEO, and digital customer experience.
You’ve Got This:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on responsibility for email marketing, landing page development, and website management.
Strong experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CMS Hub, including email creation, workflows, forms, landing pages, website pages, lists, and reporting.
Experience managing a corporate website or CMS, including page creation, content updates, quality assurance, and ongoing optimization.
Understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page SEO, metadata, internal linking, and website content optimization.
Strong attention to detail, particularly related to email quality assurance, website publishing, links, forms, tracking, and brand consistency.
Ability to collaborate effectively with demand generation, content, creative, marketing operations, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
