The Senior Manager, NSR Global Data Stewardship is responsible for the integrity, automation and evolution of the enterprise NSR data domain — the single source of truth for bottler volume and revenue across 195 countries and 161 bottling partners, serving 8,500 associates.
This is a global leadership role evolving from reactive operations toward proactive, observable, AI-driven data quality. The role owns operational stewardship, quality management and continuous improvement of NSR master data, ingestion and business operations, while acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, bottling partners, technical teams and global delivery partners to ensure complete, accurate and timely revenue and volume data.
The successful candidate will govern the data, help drive use cases for automation and scale the platform through driving governance discipline alongside intelligent automation so that NSR remains a trusted, cost-efficient backbone for enterprise reporting, planning and decision-making.
Global Data Stewardship & Governance
Drive stewardship accountability for master data, hierarchy management, reference data and related business rules, and escalate risks to data integrity or platform performance.
NSR Data Operations & Data Quality Management
Ensure completeness, accuracy, consistency and timeliness across data collection, validation, transformation and loading.
Global Delivery & Vendor Leadership
Lead the global managed-delivery model (e.g. Cognizant in LATAM, Genpact in EMEA), owning performance frameworks, individual-level tracking and a clear separation of BAU / Incidents / Projects / DQF.
Coordinate escalations, issue resolution and service enhancements, and maintain continuity, backup and operational-resiliency measures.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Analytics or a related field.
Certifications in Data Management, Data Governance, Agile, Project Management, AI/Analytics or Business Analytics are preferred.
7+ years in Data Management, Master Data Management, Data Governance, Analytics Operations, Finance Systems or related disciplines.
Experience supporting financial, sales, revenue or commercial reporting data domains, and driving data quality and process-improvement initiatives.
