Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (must be comfortable with this schedule)
Compensation & Perks

Base pay of $10.00/hour, plus 12% performance-based compensation paid monthly

About the Role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will own talent acquisition strategy end-to-end - leveraging 5+ years of senior recruiting experience and Predictive Index expertise to plan ahead, partner with hiring managers, and guide people moves across a growing organization. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role, not an administrative one. The ideal candidate brings fresh ideas, critically assesses what's working (and what isn't) in the current hiring process, and takes full accountability for outcomes rather than simply executing requests.
Success in this role means anticipating the organization's talent needs before they become urgent, building trusted relationships with hiring managers, and applying data-driven insights to make smarter, faster hiring decisions.
What You'll Do

Sourcing & Acquiring Talent - Identify, attract, and acquire top talent using outreach strategies tailored to each open position

Predictive Index Application - Administer and interpret PI assessments as part of the hiring process, using results to inform candidate evaluation and team fit

Strategic Workforce & People Planning - Partner with hiring managers and leadership to forecast headcount needs, anticipate talent gaps, and plan people moves ahead of time rather than reactively

Hiring Manager Partnership - Act as a strategic advisor on role requirements, market realities, and hiring timelines - not just an intake point for requisitions

Process Development - Build, improve, and implement efficient talent acquisition processes to streamline hiring at scale

Data Analysis & Reporting - Structure and analyze recruitment metrics and Predictive Index data to inform hiring strategy and team decisions
What We're Looking For

5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including leading strategy (not solely administrative/coordinator-level work)

Hands-on experience administering and/or interpreting Predictive Index (PI) assessments; PI-certified or expert-level users strongly preferred

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred

Comfortable independently driving strategy and shaping the direction of the hiring function, ideally within a larger or more complex organization

Clear, professional English communication skills, with an emphasis on verbal interactions

Maintains strict confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and company information
