Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support the Account Manager with daily administrative and operational activities.
- Follow up on customer emails and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate and track sample shipments with internal teams.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to address inquiries and provide updates.
- Manage and follow up on commercial and administrative documentation.
- Update databases, reports, and tracking tools to ensure information accuracy.
- Coordinate activities across multiple internal departments to meet customer expectations.
- Proactively identify and follow up on open actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience and high service standards.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or administrative roles.
- Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High level of accountability and follow-through.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
