What is your role?
As HR Shared Services Coordinator you will play a key role in delivering consistent, efficient, and compliant HR services across the employee lifecycle while supporting critical HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding, partner with stakeholders across regions, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help ensure an exceptional employee experience.
What will you do?
Serve as a key point of support throughout the employee lifecycle, helping ensure onboarding, offboarding, and other HR processes are executed consistently.
Manage a broad range of day-to-day HR activities, including employee data maintenance, case management, and timely resolution of employee and manager inquiries.
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of HR operations by following established procedures, maintaining data integrity, and supporting adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with partners across HR and the business, including Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and other stakeholders, to deliver a seamless and high-quality shared services experience.
Support operational excellence through reporting and analysis, helping monitor key performance metrics, identify trends, and uncover opportunities to enhance service delivery and process effectiveness.
What do you need?
Bachelors degree.
2+ years of experience in HR including supporting employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management.
Experience working with TRESS System.
Intermediate-level English proficiency
Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong customer service mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule when required to support key business activities, including occasional weekend coverage.
