Responsible for Daily shipping Forecast which should include to review the promise date for each sales order to avoid hit delivery on Shipping on Time performance report. Responsible of both z-ticket and service orders flow by requesting material to either production or the warehouse, and making sure the orders leave the plant on a timely basis. Responsible for entering customer information on the shipping database prior departure, and for the timely printing and tracking information generation of shipments leaving the plant.
- Coordinates the Daily shipping Forecast according the report OD5256 and print the packing slip for each Order scheduled following a range of 5 days ahead looking into the Customer want codes.

Generates the daily Oracle reports in order to timely ship the service orders. It is need to review a behavior pareto Graph for both z-ticket and Service order when are leaving the plant .This person will also assign packing priorities based upon daily Service priorities.

Directs the routing of shipments to customers in a manner that minimizes damage and reduces delivery time. Applying the quality for load and look for support with Quality Inspector when needed.

Transacts daily inventory control levels for intercompany material, as well as daily transaction of Oracle orders. reviewing the Inventory Daily report from Oracle for validate the confidentially of the Finished Goods Inventory ,and to show a pareto graph

Assists Group Traffic supervisor with various special projects as assigned.

Utilizes primary carriers of outgoing shipments for which the Company assumes responsibility or which affect Company costs or Customer satisfaction. It is important to review the OD5256 and localizer such a Direct Customer Orders to avoid extra handling and reduce the freight cost.

Assists with maintaining on time shipment goal of 98% on all sales orders to customers.

Due the shipping performance may require working on shifts and weekends.

Maintain and improve the quality system in accordance with the requirements, as appropriate, of the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDSAP and FDA 21 CFR Part 820/211, EU MDR, NOM-241-SSA1, and other applicable standards.

Active participation of the SAFETY, CONTINUOS IMPROVEMENT and TRAINING initiatives, which include but are not limited to: A3 Certification and projects, STOP Observations, Monthly Safety Audits, SQDC board maintenance, upgrade and administration of KPI for the area, propose and execute CIP (Cost Improvement Projects), maintenance of LSW sheet, upgrade and maintenance of initiatives using Dploy system.

- Experience using Oracle System (desired)
