Education:
- Bachelor of Electronic Engineering, with experience in Supply Chain and Negotiations.
Experience :
- Desirable with more than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain roles: Component Engineering, Planner-Buyer, Supplier Quality, Negotiation, Expedition and Escalation of processes, in a large multinational company.
Knowledge:
- Management of Oracle, M3K, Knowledge of key metrics in the purchasing area, negotiation with suppliers, Flexibility programs (VMI, VCI, 830, etc.), Knowledge of MRP and production processes, Management of Excel 80%, English - Advanced
Skills / Competencies :
- Good knowledge and understanding of the supply chain, the negotiation process and cost analysis.
Personality traits: Responsible, committed, proactive, analytical, work under pressure.
Responsibilities/Activities:
- A member of the Global Supply Chain Organization (GSCO) in Sanmina, must be able to manage people and work as a team with Global, Regional and Local teams.
- Communicate openly with Managing Directors and Vice Presidents within GSCO and OPS, in order to collaborate in negotiations to obtain high-impact achievements at a global level.
- Responsible for improving and updating quarterly negotiation processes.
- Identify Products, Materials and Processes that generate Cost reduction for our Plants and/or Clients.
- Work with other Sanmina teams in alternate processes and localization.
- Manager of Cost Engineers and Negotiators.
- Responsible for performing and retaining the PPV generated by your group.
- Improve Supply Chain processes at a regional level and with our plant purchasing teams.
- Organize QBR with suppliers that participate in CR programs at least 3 times a year.
- Share ideas, standards, challenge the quo-status and change to constantly improve.
