As an HBM Verification Engineer, you will play a critical role in verifying cutting-edge High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products and emerging memory architectures. You will work closely with experienced design and verification engineers to ensure robust, high-quality silicon through comprehensive pre-silicon verification. This role offers opportunities to influence verification strategy, expand your technical expertise, and collaborate with global teams on sophisticated memory products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive verification activities within assigned areas of expertise for HBM and memory design projects
- Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full-chip designs across multiple operating conditions, functions, and design hierarchies
- Develop test cases and stimulus to improve functional coverage of HBM and emerging memory architectures
- Create and maintain verification environments, test benches, test vectors, and regression suites
- Collaborate with global design and verification teams to develop and enhance verification methodologies and flows
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience in analog, digital, and/or AMS verification
- Proficiency with SPICE simulation tools and methodologies
- Strong understanding of electronic circuit design concepts, including CMOS and/or gate-level circuits
- Experience with timing closure and/or static timing analysis (STA) and strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HBM, DRAM, SRAM, or other memory technologies
- Experience developing verification methodologies for complex semiconductor products
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a global engineering environment
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude Code to create or verify code
